🌍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states, Canada, and selected international destinations.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.

🚚 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or personalized items may require additional time depending on design complexity.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

✨ Shipping Rates

  • United States: Free Standard Shipping on all orders, except Shopify Collective Orders. These are Business partnerships through Shopify Collective, and they set their own rates and shipping.

  • Canada: Free Standard shipping on all orders, except Shopify Collective Orders. These are Business partnerships through Shopify Collective, and they set their own rates and shipping.

  • International: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

📦 Delivery Estimates

  • United States (Standard Shipping): 5–10 business days

  • Canada (Standard Shipping): 7–12 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (may vary depending on customs clearance)

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

🧾 Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress until it arrives.

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Canadian customers may be subject to GST/HST and provincial taxes at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.

  • Karma Kustoms is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@karmakustomsco.com.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

🔄 Address Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • Karma Kustoms is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
